What this quiz is, and what it is not

Every question here is about regulatory status: what a regulator has approved, what a committee recommended, what the paperwork says today. None of it is medical advice, none of it is a recommendation to take or avoid anything, and a score tells you how well you know the rules, not what is right for you.

Legal status and clinical suitability are different questions, and neither one answers the other. A compound can be legal and wrong for you. It can be unapproved and still the subject of serious research. This page does not help you decide, and it is not trying to.
