What we collect, who else sets a cookie on this site, and how to stop any of it.
Last updated 22 September 2026The short version. We do not sell your data and we do not ask you for any. We run Google Analytics and Google AdSense, both of which set cookies. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store the email address you type and nothing else. You can opt out of all of it, and the links below show you how.
Ozemback is an independent publication. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to info@ozemback.com.
Only one thing: the email address you type into the newsletter form, if you choose to type one. We use it to send the monthly letter and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
We do not ask for your name, your location, your health status or any medical information, and you should not send us any. Ozemback is a publication, not a healthcare provider.
Three services run on this site. Each is operated by a separate company under its own privacy policy.

Where we link to a licensed telehealth platform or a diagnostics provider, that link may also carry an attribution parameter. Those links are marked in the page and described in the section on affiliate links below. Following one takes you to that company's site, under that company's privacy policy, not ours.

Your browser can also block or delete cookies on its own. Doing so does not break anything on this site: every article is plain HTML and reads normally with cookies disabled.
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something or begin a consultation after following one, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
We are paid for the referral, never for the outcome. No advertiser, pharmacy, platform or manufacturer reviews our reporting before publication, and a commission does not change what we write. Affiliate links are disclosed in line, next to the link itself, in the article where they appear.
We do not link to research-chemical vendors, to grey-market pharmacies, or to anything sold without a prescription where a prescription is legally required.
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a US state with comparable law, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to its processing. In practice the only personal data we hold is a newsletter email address, so in almost every case the answer is: we hold that, or we hold nothing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@ozemback.com. We respond within thirty days. You do not need to explain why.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of the page and describe the change here. We do not make changes retroactive.
